Game Update v6.1.0

Game Update v6.1.0

This major update brings detailed balance changes to nine battles, the new illustrated Unit Library, stronger computer-opponent planning and extensive improvements to combat information and controls.

Mission balance and scenario changes

  • Lunalonge, French: the opening ambush now has one archer unit instead of two, while two Poitou reserve units reinforce the attack. The control-point deadline moves to turn 16 and the overall deadline to turn 20. France can also win by destroying 50% of the English army or sustaining the attack through turn 18.
  • Poitiers, English: England can win by destroying 50% of the French army or killing John II. Its own-loss limit is raised to 90%.
  • Agincourt, French: France now wins after destroying 70% of the English army without also having to kill Henry V. Its own-loss limit is raised to 90%.
  • Valmont Pt. 1: England wins after inflicting 40% French losses. France has until turn 10 to destroy the wagons and uses a 70% own-loss limit.
  • Verneuil, French: the French own-loss limit is raised to 70%, while victory now requires 55% English losses.
  • St. James, English: England can win by capturing any one enemy control point or destroying 70% of the French army.
  • The Herrings, French: France now has until turn 14, uses a 70% own-loss limit and wins after inflicting 70% English losses.
  • Formigny, French: the French own-loss limit is raised to 70%, while victory now requires 65% English losses.
  • Cadoret, English: the mission no longer ends when French troops first cross the bridge. England can win by surviving through turn 12 or inflicting 65% French losses, with an 80% own-loss limit.
