11_02_2021 Minor Update is out now on Steam.

Full list of changes:

• Fixed an issue that caused user-defined gears to cross-save in an unintended way.
• Fixed an issue with the "Local Hero" achievement which sometimes prevented players from obtaining it, even when the conditions were properly met.
• Fixed an issue with city search not displaying all the available results.
• Pandemic Outbreak DLC logo has been added to the main menu.
• Games Operators splash screen color palette has been changed.
• Introduced an option to spawn incidents in predefined locations for workshop scenarios.
• "More from Game Operators" has been fixed to always display 9 games.
