Heyo! Finally got around to fixing a fade-to-black sequence that faded out twice, and addressed some performance issues. It was simple but much-needed fixes!

- Fixed an issue where the black screen would fade out twice in the first manager sector cutscene

- General performance upgrades (Made some objects occlude when not in frame, and made a few cutscene models properly disable themselves when not in use/after playing)
