Fully Upgraded Relics
- Armoured Bust - Transform standard hearts into stronger Armoured Hearts
- Bloodskull - Turn excess damage into bloodlust, reducing cooldowns
- Bloody Die - Gain extra rerolls and luck by killing
- Final Ankh - Defy death itself
- Frostwalker - Leave a trail of chilling ice on the floor
- Glass Dagger - Avoid getting hit while increasing Damage
- Golden Scales - Earn more exp as you gain more gemstones
- Jellyfriend - Gain a protective jellyfish that stuns enemies that get too close
- Life Carrot - Increase Vision, dealing damage to those that walk in the light
- Loyal Shrimp - Carry a shrimp that donates to your wallet
- Rooted - Gain boosts while standing still
- Soulbomb - Shoot soul projectiles every X kills

- Spiked - Unleash spikes on taking damage
