Version 1.40 makes several balance adjustments! Full notes below.

Balance:
• Attacks now have a 10% minimum hit chance (previously, 0% hit chance was possible).
• Slightly lowered overall hit chance for all attacks.
• Single Hit Cannon type attacks are now more likely to miss against all types of enemies.
• Lone Rider changed from Common to Uncommon rarity.
• Scientist changed from Common to Uncommon rarity.
• Lone Gourmet now heals for 100 (up from 25).
• Fun Party now heals for 70 (up from 35).
Fixes:
• Lone Driver is now called Lone Rider.
