Greetings, players!

We are very pleased to announce the release of 2D Dogfight's Workshop feature! Players can edit their own aircraft skins and upload them to the Workshop to share with other players, as well as subscribe to other players' skins in the Workshop.



The image above shows the in-game skin editor interface, which players can open to edit aircraft skins in the window of custom games, campaigns, and multiplayer games.

The skin editor provides the management function for each skin scheme of the airplane, players can add new skin schemes (create templates or import pictures from local) and delete the existing ones, meanwhile, the skin editor also has a simple painting tool, players can use the paintbrush, eraser, stickers and other tools in the painting tool to doodle and modify the picture of the aircraft. After completing the picture, you can click save, or fill in the description and upload it directly to the Workshop via the upload button.

The Workshop has already provided some of the game's official aircraft skins, such as the F-16's Thunderbirds skin, J-10's 81 Air Show Team skin, Typhoon's Battle of Britain anniversary skin, and MiG-29 of Ukrainian Air Force.



This update also includes the following:

1. Optimized the aircraft's flight control. In the past, when the player released the keyboard while doing a maneuver, the aircraft's angle of attack would be adjusted in an instant. Now, when the aircraft returns from a maneuver, the angle of attack will be lowered at the normal pitch rate, instead of being corrected instantly.

2. Solved some problems caused by window opened in the game when minimized.

3. The range and maximum speed of the following surface-to-air missiles have been reduced:
MIM-14 Nike Hercules
MIM-23 Hawk
Roland surface-to-air missile
S-75 (SA-2) Surface-to-Air Missile.
