Reports are coming in of a strange sea creature spotted near the docks in 8-Bit Commando. Several witnesses have identified this creature as Dopefish. Be advised that Dopefish is a notoriously elusive beast and only appears when playing on "hard" difficulty.

Dopefish lives… but it's your job to hunt him down. Show him no mercy if you want that sweet, ultra-rate achievement cred.
