8-Bit Commando update

• Screenshake! Everybody loves screenshake. If you don't, it can be disabled from Options > Video.
• Improved jumping! You can no longer terminate jumps in mid-air. This subtle change allows you to focus primarily on shooting.
• V-Sync! Yes, V-Sync is now included in the options screen by default.
