Only fixes the prisoner issues on a new playthrough, not on old saves.
- Various prisoner fixes.
- Prisoners now return chains or rope when you accidentally kill them.
- Amount of DIFFERENT prisoners needed to be fucked for the "Recovery" quest reduced from 5 to 4.
- Added a tracker for the "Recovery" quest that shows how many different prisoners you have fucked out of the 4.
- City hunt fix.
