-fixed building scale receiving double transforms
-fixed ship being destroyed from hitting delete
-added support for 2560x1440 resolution
-removed reported spam messages
-fixed content lock on host dev maps
-fixed content lock on rocketbelly unit mode
-cost adjustments for several buildings
-decreased cost of laser & gun turrets
