Forge Of Empires (Formerly Known As Sidekicks)

• Tiberium Locusts are nerfed and have had some bugfixes.
• Add a new Tiberian AI type, that uses Tiberium ships.
• Spire Sidekick no longer spawns additional vanguards in the galaxy, but instead gets some lone spire frigates they can claim.
• Adjust the armada strength numbers up.
• A damage rebalance to the Warleaders.
