New Starting Perk - Friend Of Amy - This allows you to start the game with Amy already liking you enough to invite you to her house.
Starting Difficulty - Added a way of changing the difficulty of the combat (if enabled) at the start of the game. This means you can set the XP rates to a preset of easy, medium, difficulty. This doesn't affect combat in any way, just increased of decreases the amount of XP you need to level up.
