Ancient Battle: Hannibal v6.1.0 is a major update focused on campaign balance, clearer battlefield information, and a smoother experience throughout the game.
Mission balance updates
- Rhodanus River: Adjusted the middle and far objectives to turns 18 and 24, and corrected the Gallic chariot reinforcements so they stop when intended.
- Callicula: The mission now correctly reports when the captured Command Point has been retaken.
- Gerunium: The rearguard now arrives on turn 7.
- Salaeca: Command Points are now retained during Roman deployment, allowing the lure objective and Scipio ambush to trigger correctly.
- Zama: Roman reinforcement waves now arrive on turns 4 and 8.
New features and improvements
- New Unit Roster: Browse every unit in the game by category and inspect its statistics and capabilities.
- Redesigned Combat Analysis: Combat modifiers and odds are now presented in a cleaner, more compact tabular layout.
