Changes -
Sphinx: increased fire rate, decreased deployment time, reload time decreased, and fire SFX pop more
Model 12 : Recoil changed from 2.5 to 2, reload time reduced from 1.7 to 1.5
Smg 7 : Sprite improvement
Fenix : Damage increased from 22 to 25
Delegator : Damage increased from 3 to 5
Maverick : Recoil increased from 0.2 to 0.4
BR4-C : Damage increased from 5 to 7
Ace : Recoil reduced from 2.5 to 2, reload reduced from 1.75 to 1.6
Itao V : Damage increased from 15 to 18
Tanker : Fire time decreased from .25 to .15, recoil reduced to 1.75
Spy : Fire time decreased from 0.08 to 0.04
Boomer : Reload time reduced from 1.5 yo 0.677
Combustion : Fire spawn chance changed from 1/5 to 1/4 shots
Compact F2 : Animation Bug fixes, Reload reduced from 1.1 to 1.0
Neon : Reload decreased from 1.67 to 1.25, ammo changed from 33 to 37
