in the previous days we made a technical investigation following some of your reports about the loss of savings data. Due to a momentary server malfunction we could not prevent the loss of rating progress data during the first 10 days of March for a number of players.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, our team is working on a solution to prevent this kind of problem in the future.
