There are a few fixes in this patch.

Fix: Some units not moving when triggered.
Fix: Some generals not moving with their chariots.
Fix: Munda scenario: Showing defeat screen after victory.
Fix: Enemy loss meter not moving.
Fix: Moving general out of a unit would allow that unit to attack again.
