Tactical Shooter mode improvements
1.) Added weapon drop function
- You can discard your primary weapon by using the 'G' key.
- Players can buy and drop weapons during the buy phase for other players
- Multiple clicks on weapons will not be automatically dropped

2.) Change points
- Points awarded upon victory: 1000 => 1500
- Points awarded upon defeat: 500 => 800
- C4 installation points 300 => 400
- C4 dismantling points 400 => 500
