Bug Fixes

- fixed a missing text for first Quest in German language and mismatched lenghts
- fixed a lot of situations where coming back from a menu in pause resumed the game with basic speed
- reduced the difficulty on Bandits camp group
- fixed a bug where player couldn't craft Steel Short Spear outside of the quest
- beginning build tutorial pop-up for low money should no longer hold building of an object
- Silver Mine mining should no longer be stuck in Delivery mode
- Smelter Machine should no longer be removed when Smelter is assigned to it
- Demand in Sales Menu and Crafting Menu are now properly matching items
- added name tooltips to recipes for specific tier and type and matched it with color
