Thanks for all the reviews and feedback that I've received, so this patch was based mostly on it:

Changes

- beginning tutorial now has a goal tracker (English language for all at the moment)
- Agriculture bar in Town Menu now has a percentage display in addition to the bar

Bug Fixes

- player can no longer un-pause time during quest by going to Main Menu or Build Menu
- fixed some overlays of UI and stuck Accept button from quests
- notifications about new items from quests should now fit in their window

I've had tremendous support from people and couldn't wish for better audience!
