It's about time I gave you guys an update after so long!
Development is going awesome! We have tons of new stuff added.
Talks about art style
We are considering changing the art style from voxels to a more traditional 3d model style. This way the worlds and the objects won't clash like with the current voxel props. It will also make the game run much better on Xbox One, and may even make it capable to cap at 60fps! (on xbox of course)
Now, don't worry, the style won't be completely different. We're just smoothing things out so it all doesn't look so jarring. After all, it's about the gameplay!
Which reminds me… Tons of new gameplay features have been added as well.
Blanco's moveset has tons of jumps and moves added that can be excecuted very easily. Just about any button pattern or combination can pull off something awesome and make for fun platforming.
Plenty of powerups are in the works as well. all of which will make the gameplay more varied and fun.
"That's all well and good, but when's the game coming out!?!?"
When it comes to a release date… We're not exactly sure just yet. The game is finally starting to take a definite shape, and we want to make sure it's as good as possible before letting everyone play it. I hope everyone is looking forward to it!
