ReFrame 1.0's UI looked very outdated, it was supposed to be a nice utility app that mostly just ran in the background. However even with that being the case the app could definitely use a visual overhaul which it's now received!

- Modernized the whole UI
- Merged the Settings and Customization tab
- It was kind of weird that an app that made other things borderless still had borders of it's own… so that's been fixed!
