Hotfix for issues with manager actions, entertainment bonus, fame score and rivalry events. We also increased speed for soda machine and added a new special opportunity UI to choose your opponent when holding a title belt in any competition. And there is now no more grinding minor fights for champions to gain big fight events. Challenges for the title will happen more often. Thanks everyone for your bug reports and feedback!

• ADDED "Title challengers" for title defense to all competitions (Triggers on opportunity events for a minor champion, major champion and world champion with high chance that your manager can let you choose your opponent for next major fight)
