All objects now have properly implemented normal maps, meaning bumps and crevices cast shadows and environment reflections are affected by imperfections on surfaces
Slash wound length now depends on weapon
Blood puffs on dismembering now disappear quicker and are more transparent

Slicing through multiple limbs should be easier now
Slashing attacks now have a lower friction and bladed weapons don't just bounce off enemies but rather slide along the surface
Ejected magazines inherit the velocity of the firearm instead of just dropping out
Eyeballs made less prone to glitching
Player body made much more stable although non-gamebreaking issues may still occur
