Stuttering for 72Hz displays should be reduced now, previously the lowest allowed refresh rate was 75Hz
Changed Graphics tab to Performance tab in the settings
Added Solver Iterations and Velocity Iterations sliders to the Performance tab
- Both can be lowered for reduced simulation accuracy but more stable framerate or increased to allow more stable physics if hardware permits

Minigun firing sound no longer distorted in slow motion
Shopkeepers in the main hub now take damage the same way as the rest of the enemies

Dead bodies in the City level in the alley next to the fire escape stairs can cause severe performance degradation
