Bug fixes

Adjusted some lag that the human AI might have been causing on low end machines. Updated some more functionality of the AI to be less crash prone. (i hope this is the issue)

Balance

Increased the range loss of the titan splash chain to 6 units per chain instead of just 3.

Tune down the chain damage to now be damage = damage - 6. This means every chain will lose 6 damage from the splash. (its still busted though)
