Hey guys,
here goes another update. This took a while but I hope this time the update fixes all performance issues for real. In fact I already tested this update with some people and it was perfectly smooth and the increased network responsiveness felt just incredibly good. Before this update there was a very long delay before the kill has been confirmed and the enemy dropped to the ground. This confirmation should happen immediately now due to lots of optimizations to the game and the netcode.
Furthermore I tried to get two new game modes ready for you. The first mode is called Virus Infection. It is still experimental and needs more testing but usually works rather well and is tons of fun. One or two persons will be selected to start as infected persons and need to infect the other people. The other people however need to stay alive or they will become infected as well. To make this more interesting the infected persons carry no guns and need to come close to you. They got 2.5x more health and they can see friends and enemies through walls. Last but not least they do not need any ladders but can climb up walls and stuff. This mode might have some glitches especially after a map change but usually it sorts itself. Just keep that in mind.
The other game mode is called "Classic Deathmatch". You start with a pistol and you need to collect weapons in the map. The weapons respawn after 20 seconds so you can even dual wield and stuff. Definitely very cool as well.

- Updated chud to latest workshop submission (more climbable stuff in it!)
- Fixed SMG11 sound glitch
- Tried to make ladders easier to climb
- Lots of other stuff, fixes and improvements
Let me know what you think about this. I'm still sorry for the last days when you did experience not the best performance but I hope this update finally fixes it and even makes up for it as well.
