Added second skiun for tier 2 (hard difficulty)

We wanted to deliver item from 1.10 to you that's why we didn't wait till all 2 would be ready.

P.S.:
v1.11.1 - some of localization files were not in main build… fixed.
v1.11.2 - fixed an issue with korean empty symbols
