New item - football-head. You can get it if you're scored into the gate.

Changes:

- now you can turn on and turn off the grass in the Pause Menu individual for each client
- now you can turn off/on background music in the Pause Menu individual for each client


- now an item will drop each victory on any tier
- the field is greatly optimized even for crazy levels - you will see stable fps
- there will be no unopened empty cells while automatic opening
- changed low quality settings - grass is off by default but you can turn it on in the Pause Menu
- text on loading screen (while building map on crazy) is replaced with game hints
- changed the texture of the football ball
- changed the grass - mesh and texture
- fixed flying foliage
- added LODs for trees
- Giveup House was remove from the game
- fixed high quality button had no sounds
