Update B10 is live!


Add:
-New dynamic fog of war system
-Now the watchtowers are also used to keep the map explored
-Watchtowers now track a spotted unit
-Addition of a new political party: "Builders party"
-Added a new development option: "Urbanization"
-Addition of a new mode of displacement for units: "Forced walk"
-7 new enemies for the starting biome
-Limit to 60 fps max, which greatly improves performance on some machines
-It is no longer possible to accidentally move a unit by clicking on a interface's feature
-Added warning icon to indicate loss of food production in autumn
-Improvement of political parties icons

Balancing:
-Epidemics are now potentially more deadly
-Improvement of the decrease of insalubrity that the sewers provide (-4 to -6)
-Rebalancing of certain historical events

BugFix:
-Fixed a bug in the display of wood needs during the winter
-Fixed a bug that allowed to get a negative insalubrity
-Fixed a bug that allowed building ramparts and minefields at unplanned locations
-Fixed a bug that could lead to premature game over during the historic "war refugees" event
-Fixed a bug that could prevent the correct display of politic and devellopement points
-Fixed a bug that could block the cursor in rare cases
-Fixed slight display bugs on interface
