This update brings more smooth collector battles!

More specifically:


[*]Rebalanced Consumption Points and Energy Power bar visible size.
[*]Fixed selection of Collector cards on Collector's Turn between actions.
[*]Fixed a bug where a status icon tooltip wasn't properly appear on a player's card.
[*]Adjusted the visibility and speed of rain in certain areas for better contrast with the background.
[*]Fixed a bug where a collector NPC decision during collector battle would not finish in a short deterministic time period.
