The responses to Cantata have blown us away and we wanted to fill you in on what's happened in the last couple of weeks!
We are still at the early stages of our roadmap which gives you access to campaigns (1-3) and basic levels of modding as detailed below.
To start with we have had our first fan art! The Red Maw who @alisonRobin advised that if anything ever happens to him they would kill every unit on the map. Eeeep but a testament to the characters and deep lore within Cantata.
Secondly, we have The Executive and The Shotar in a comic strip by Amari where, well I will let you read this one for yourself! Are they FOOLISH? Idiotic?? or weak-willed???
We have also had Tubes, a fan of Cantata create an asset stat sheet giving you a breakdown of The People of Sun and Shadow. When thinking about your strategy in the game this sheet will be a weapon to forge battle plans and carry you through to victory.
Modding is here and our first fan made map has arrived by LightingTwister!
A company of the royal hegemony of mars was sent forward to evaluate where the machine menace had went likewise the condition of the planet. Unfortunately, they were never heard from again, though their silence spoke volumes.
A simple recon mission turns into a struggle to survive on this alien planet, having made landfall it wouldn’t be too long before the cruiser above was mysteriously taken out.

Hold the line’ editable map for modders to help new modders in the making. It is a HoldTheLine attack waves type map which every 4 to 5 turns releases new attack enemy (Reign) attack waves, it has got some simple dialogue and other bits that you guys can review to improve your own maps.
