This update improves generals, formations and artillery.

• Lone generals now move to safety when enemy troops approach.
• Infantry can change formation while sharing a hex with an unattached general or artillery battery.
• Artillery batteries now join infantry correctly.
• Reinforcement generals retain their command abilities.
