We've just released a small server-side tweak which fixes the issue that purchases from the following countries were not accepted: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka.

The servers will momentarily reboot for 10 seconds to apply this update.
