This update includes:

- The 'Load' button is now also available on the Diplomacy window. No more need to go to the menu to load your save after a sudden -500000 to budget.
- Arunachal Pradesh detachment is now shown on the map (even at detached Tibet!)
- 5.0 money in reserve appeared at the starts of the game
