Update 1.6.5 includes:

1. Added two new events related to the USSR in 1977.
2. Changed the balance of influence on the Soviet race for leadership over the USSR.
3. Restored the possibility of Chernenko's election in 1982.
4. Each Soviet leader now has a special influence on the player and the world.
5. The less stable the regime, the cheaper it is to support radicals in Portugal by the event.
