Two improvements and a bug fix:

1. When getting a resource reward (e.g. from a quest) and there's not enough space at the safehouse, the game will now pop a dialog asking the player where to send the reward instead.

2. When talking to people who run your fronts, you will start getting favor opportunities to get introductions to several people further away, who sell either 1. construction materials, or 2. beverage containers. This should help with not being able to find the right vendors through driving around.

Bug fix: with two fronts right next door to each other, their territory expansion might get into inconsistent state
