New feature: Steam Workshop support for map modding
Players can export an existing map, add more customizations, and share it with others via Steam Workshop

Improvements:
- Player's outfit name can be customized in the "new game" menu
- Change production in raw materials conversion (apple juice,
grape concentrate, malt syrup, neutral alcohol)
so that upgrades and newly built improved operations produce the same base amounts

Bug fix: rare bug where UI would get into a state where the "person's connections" dialog wouldn't open
Bug fix: multiple missions to unlock tier two alcohol (sparkling cider, bathtub gin, etc.) were available at the same time
Localization updates for a few recent patches
Fixed various typos
