Marinas and boats have been added to the parks option, they have a great effect on nearby land value and only unlock when the city gets enough upper class families.

Space Program

One of the 40 available issues gives you the chance to start a space exploration program. Whether you decide the State should fund the program or just let private companies handle it, the space center facility will unlock. When sufficient capital has been raised a space shuttle will be launched!
