Concept is coworkers know nothing about MC. So first impressions and events will be based on how MC looks -- conservative and uptight? Thick heavy makeup and revealing clothing? How MC reacts to the events is based on MC slut levels just like rest of game -- but NPC actions are based on appearance...for now.

Answering phones/filing paperwork will impact weekly job review
if MC dresses and looks like an airheaded bimbo then job performance will suffer.
if MC dresses and looks professional then MC will do better at office tasks
