This is mostly a bug fix update and with it a few serious (but rare) bugs are fixed.

General changes

• Fixed "out of space" bug with many many siege engines
• Fixed incorrect damage on …explosion on death
• Prince of Death can no longer cast lichcraft
• Earth Mother can no longer get ritual to summon herself
• Captain Illusions/Phantasms were not ethereal
• Crash fix for Voice of El
• –nocitynames didn't disable all names
• Wrong popup for scoregraph button
• Attack info popups were cut off
• New monster description
• Typos fixed
