This is mostly a bug fix update. Most importantly it fixes a bug where the game could crash when setting up ship battles.

General

• Ship battles could crash the game, fixed
• Better at finding good start locations
• Fix for sage guild's library income bonus not working
• Upgrading some guilds to level 3 made them lose some recruitment bonuses
• Apocalyptic Riders weren't able to reform properly
• Self Proclaimed King was stupider than he should be
• Too high chance of getting the Arcane Dragons, fixed
• Stat and typo fixes
