Changes:
- Taxes are now based on how many villagers that you have. The rate will be based on the current number of villagers that you have / 30 * tax amount

Fixes:
- Added 2 second delay of activating any interaction of inventories.
- Removed the delay between construction of blocks as it resulted in missing blocks after rapid construction.
