Changes:
- The tax system has been adjusted further to help low income peasants. The tax will be reduced further based on your rank, starting with 1/13 for peasants, 2/13 for saints, 3/13 for nobles and so on.

Fixes:
- Sometimes interacting with equipment gets you stuck, requiring you to press U.
- Able to build an infinite number of buildings at the same spot.
- Unable to edit description of alliance or creating after disbanding an alliance.
- Being able to interact even when sitting down.
