Changes:
- Player settings is now saved client-side. Please readjust your settings again as it has been reset to default.
- Horses to wander only within 6m radius of its current level position.

Fixes:
- Players loading in should not cause a lag spike, as it was found that every building furniture's reassignment of ownership was replicated to every player.
- Villagers still being mounted on horses even when they actually aren't.
