Changes:
- Declaration of war is now mutual across all ranks and alliances, meaning that the receiving party must accept the declaration of war before it can commence. This is to prevent attacking a player who is online but is away from their keyboards, wars that have very uneven strengths, surprise attacks that may ruin the gameplay.
- The tax system now taxes only income, from 10% to 30% of total earned income to be paid in taxes.
- Sound volume of rain has been increased.
- Seawater changed to be less transparent as it looked weird.

Fixes:
- Players loading in caused the booting of other players, because of some unoptimized parts regarding the retrieving of save files.
- Villagers were going back to eat after following you individually.
