Changes:
- Dangerous Lands quest merchant dialogue can be skipped by pressing right click.
- Kings/Queens vassal tax goes into their pack horses instead of their own belt, to prevent items from disappearing.

Fixes:
- Dangerous Lands quest not spawning mobs.
- Characters not showing attack animations after becoming tired, hungry, etc.
- Villagers and mobs still equipped with shields when holding ranged weapons.
