New Features and Changes:
- Weapon reach increased slightly.
- Added combat mastery experience gain to crossbow.
- Increased Bandit Camp from 1 Level 5 bandit every one and a half minute to 3 Level 25 bandits every minute.
- Saints cannot be declared war against.
- Players can now build at bandit camps that are already on the map.
- Purchase honor with gold coins changed from 10 to 100 honor for 50k gold coins.

Server and but not save data will be wiped.
