[Balance Adjustment]
-Adjusted the parameters of the enemies in the tutorial.
-Adjusted enemy parameters and skill conditions.

[Improvement]
-Adjust initial movement speed.
To make the movement speed before config adjustment less stressful.
-To release the charge state of strong enemies when they break.
-Adjusted the parameters of the name (the name of the enemy that can be equipped) so that it will be optimized on its own.
