Changes:
- You can invite Mongolia into the USSR
- Diplomacy actions with Canada, Lebanon, South Korea were fixed
- You can use "del" and "backspace" in the calculator
- 1986 starting year was rebalanced
- Neocolonial policy was rebalanced
- The availability of doctrines after three victories has been changed: in the "Communism", "Perestroika" and "fall of NATO" victories
- A few changes
