Some more changes. Fight is much more consistent now with all these changes. I am able to reliably do Flawless Victory now, so a lot of RNG has been removed if you're using optimal strategy. Accordingly, I have added three new achievements. We are going to push the limits of what can be done in this game. I am confident they can both be completed.
Achievements- Victory -> Pre-Nerf Victory: Killed the boss pre-nerf (no longer attainable).
- Post-Nerf Victory: You could only kill the boss post-nerf. Pathetic.
- myspacebarisbroken: Kill the boss without ever rolling.
- Godlike: Kill the boss without ever rolling or taking damage.
Boss- Rotate mechanic changed: Now always between 90 and 270 degrees.
- Hitbox of wings moved back a bit so the two swords near her wings can reliably be shot
- Swords can be 2-shot from any distance now
- Health bar 'draining' visual effect removed due to it being buggy
- Reflect shield cooldown increased by 100ms
Player- Gun damage changed to a flat 19, regardless of range (was 17-23)
- Shooting while rolling forward has been removed
- 'Floatiness' of reticle greatly reduced (but still slighty present)
- Issue with end of reload animation preventing rolls has been resolved
- Issue with weapon shooting out multiple unintended bullets resolved
- Added terrible config menu on hotkey [F2], includes mouse sensitivity slider
- Added icons in the upper left to reflect whether the player is eligible for Flawless/No Rolls
Finally, to clarify, being hit interrupting your reload is NOT a bug.
